Booking & Process

How do I book a shoot?

Start by reaching out through our contact page or by calling 469-430-8573.

Tell us a little about your project, what you're shooting, roughly when you need it, and how the images or video will be used. We'll set up a quick consultation to align on your vision, then send a proposal outlining scope, deliverables, and timeline.
Once you approve it, your shoot date is locked in.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better especially for larger productions, location shoots, or seasonal campaigns. We recommend reaching out 2–4 weeks ahead for standard commercial and corporate work so there's room for proper pre-production. That said, we understand deadlines move fast, and we do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when our calendar allows. If you're on a tight turnaround, just ask.

What happens after I reach out?

Our process is designed to be clear and low-stress from day one:

  • Consultation — We talk through your goals, references, budget range, and how the final content will be used.
  • Proposal — You receive a written outline covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and terms.
  • Pre-production — Once approved, we can handle the planning: concepts, shot lists, scheduling, locations, and any crew or gear needed, or we follow the direction provided by your agency.
  • Shoot day — We show up prepared and run an efficient, professional set.
  • Post & delivery — If included in the scope, we edit, and deliver your final files in the formats you need, if you are only wanting "raw" imagery that turnaround is much faster. Typical turn around is 72hrs for event imagery, 1 week for advertising photography, 1-2 weeks for edited video content.

Do you help with creative direction and planning?

Absolutely. Whether you arrive with a fully developed brief or just an idea and a goal, we can meet you where you are. We handle concept development, shot lists, mood boards, location scouting, and production logistics and we're happy to collaborate closely with your in-house team or agency. Our aim is to elevate your brand's imagery, not just point a camera.

Can you work from our brand guidelines or an existing creative brief?

Yes. We regularly work within established brand systems and agency briefs, matching a specific look, tone, and set of guidelines. Share your brand assets and references up front and we'll build the shoot around them.

What does a typical shoot day look like?

We arrive early to set up and dial in lighting, then work through the shot list efficiently while leaving room for the unexpected creative moments that often become the best frames. You're welcome to be on set to review and give feedback in real time, or to hand it off and trust us to deliver whichever fits your workflow. For larger productions we'll walk you through the day's schedule in advance so everyone knows what to expect.

Do I need to be present during the shoot?

Not necessarily. Many clients like to be on set (or join remotely) to approve shots as we go, but plenty of others prefer to brief us thoroughly and let us run with it. Either approach works we'll make sure you're comfortable with the plan before we start.

For headshots, how should I dress?

We recommend not wearing stripes or overly colorful wardrobes, calm tones and always preferred such as blue & grey. Some colors show up better than others, and others can distract from you as the subject such as green and purple can be a difficult color for headshots.

Logistics & Scope

Where are you based, and do you travel?

We're based in the Dallas / Fort Worth area and serve clients throughout the region. We travel regularly for productions beyond the DFW, nationally and beyond when a project calls for it. Travel logistics and any associated costs are outlined in your proposal so there are no surprises.

What types of projects do you take on?

We produce commercial and corporate photography and video across a wide range of categories, including lifestyle, product and food, industrial, healthcare, fashion, architecture, automotive, portraits, and editorial work, plus commercial films, corporate and conference videos, social media content, aerial/drone footage, and more. If you're not sure whether your project is a fit, reach out and we'll let you know.

Can you handle both photo and video in the same production?

Yes, combining stills and motion in a single production is one of the most efficient ways to get a full content package from one shoot day.

Do you provide the crew, equipment, and studio space?

We bring the professional gear and crew your project requires, scaled to its size from a streamlined setup for headshots or product work to a full team for larger commercial productions. We can shoot on location, at your facility, or arrange studio space as needed. Let us know what you have in mind and we'll build the right setup around it.

How long until I receive my final images or video?

Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the project. As a general guide, photography galleries are typically delivered within 72hrs - 7 business days, and edited video within 1–2 weeks, with retouching and editing if included. If you're working toward a hard deadline, tell us up front and we'll build the schedule to meet it, expedited delivery is often possible.

How are final files delivered?

Final images and video are delivered digitally through a online gallery or download link, in the resolutions and file formats you need for your intended use, whether that's web, social, print, or broadcast. We'll confirm the specifics as part of your deliverables.

RAW imagery can be provided, though not our favorite route. Keep in mind if you request RAW content, this means video files are not cut or graded and images are not corrected in any way.

Do you offer retouching and revisions?

Yes. Professional editing are part of our standard post-production with minor retouching, any more in depth retouching has a small fee and is optional, however this is usually not needed with our shoots. Your proposal will outline what's included, and we'll work with you on adjustments to make sure the final deliverables are exactly right for your brand.

What happens if weather affects an outdoor or aerial shoot?

For outdoor and aerial/drone work, safety and image quality come first. If conditions won't allow us to deliver the results you're paying for, we'll coordinate with you to reschedule to the next suitable date. We keep an eye on forecasts ahead of any weather-dependent shoot and stay in close communication so a change of plan is never a scramble.

Are you licensed and insured for drone/aerial work?

Yes, our aerial work is conducted in compliance with FAA regulations.  We are Part 107 certified and insured. We're happy to provide documentation for productions that require it.

What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand plans change. Our specific rescheduling and cancellation terms are spelled out clearly in your agreement so expectations are set from the start. If something comes up, reach out as early as you can and we'll work with you to find a solution.
